Expertise: International Relations, US-Asia Relations, National Security, U.S. Foreign Policy, Chinese Foreign Policy

Riza De Los Reyes is a graduate student at the George Washington University studying Security Policy Studies. Her areas of specialization include relations between the United States and Asia and national policy making. After receiving her B.A. in Political Science at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Riza spent time working as an English tutor in Shanghai, China where she taught elementary English to children. During her time in China, Riza developed her interests in the politics of Asia and the subject of relations between the U.S. and the Asia-Pacific. Riza hopes to further explore and research the topics of climate change and energy and how these pressing subjects effect security issues between the Pacific Rim.
