Originally from MN, Sarah Miner is an undergraduate at the College of William & Mary, where she studies International Relations and French. She is in the process of completing the William & Mary’s Washington Semester Program on the theme of National Defense Politics and the Federal Budget.

This past summer she completed an immersive research program in Southern France, where she conducted interviews with municipal government officials to determine how they use social networking sites to engage French youth.

She has previously worked as a research assistant with William & Mary’s Political Psychology and International Relations (PPIR) Lab. Her work focused specifically on government use of social media, and the limitations of dialogue in the realm of Digital Diplomacy.
