Kennington Cung is a current undergraduate senior at the University of California, Riverside where he is working towards a major in History with concentration in Middle East and North African relations. He is also a pre-medicine student perusing a career in oncology and public health policy.

He has interned at the Southern California Center for Pain Management under Dr. Bryan Lee. There he not only solidified his interest in medicine but also developed one for public health and global health.

A self-taught photographer, in 2010, Kennington was made lead photographer and photo editor of Fountain Valley Living Magazine and in 2012 became a founding member of Spoiled Minds, a student run magazine at UCR. From 2011 until 2014, he was also a freelance photographer and videographer doing advertising and portraiture.
