CNBC put together a nice video that provided an overview of fusion energy and why scientists believe there is so much potential. The video shows clips of interviews of fusion scientists at the JET fusion facility in the UK discussing the progress being done there. The fusion scientists argue that fusion energy can make up a large part of the world’s electricity system when it is commercialized. However, they note, the first movers in the fusion energy industry will have a huge advantage over their competitors. Watch the full video below.
