BGen. Cheney Explains the National Security Risks of Climate Change at the 6th Annual Climate Change and Resilience Symposium
On April 12th, the Carolina Hazard Resilience Planners and Carolina Climate Change Scientists held the 6th Annual Climate Change and Resilience Symposium at the University of North Carolina. The Symposium featured American Security Project’s CEO BGen. Cheney as the keynote speaker. BGen. Cheney addressed the implications of what doing nothing about climate change can have on resilience and national security. Topics discussed ranged from adaptation and resilience to climate justice issues.
