I don’t like the idea of the President looking at a list of names and with his finger saying yes, this man lives yes, this man dies. And one of my fears is we are creating problems both in Pakistan and in Yemen. Those are the two that I worry about the most, that in the long run aren’t going to have anything to do with al-Qaeda and are going to have everything to do with us running a covert killing campaign in their countries.
