Thomas Ullman is an international affairs and security policy student at the George Washington University. His research interests include transatlantic security, the relations between post-Soviet states, and the dynamics of gray zone competition. Previously, Thomas was a Political Studies Fellow at the Hudson Institute and a research assistant at the Institute for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies. He speaks English and Russian.
