Max Friedman graduated from the University of Maryland in 2023 with a BA in Criminal Justice and Global Terrorism Studies. He is interested in international politics and security, particularly in the Middle East, Eurasia, and the Indo-Pacific. Max previously worked as a researcher on insurgent civil-military relations at the Maryland Center for Undergraduate Research, a special victims unit intern at the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office, and an administrative assistant at University of Maryland Education Abroad.
