Heberto Limas-Villers is an M.P.P candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School. His research interests include U.S. foreign policy, defense policy, and East Asia.

Heberto previously worked for Goldman Sachs as an investment banking analyst covering the debt capital markets desk. Heberto participated in USD and EUR-denominated deals for a diverse set of companies allowing him to see the intersection of politics and economics.

Heberto earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with minors in business from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is from Aurora, CO.
