Katherine Seevers is an M.P.P. degree candidate and Robertson Fellow at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy specializing in international security and economic policy.

She previously administered democracy and governance programs in Latin America, taught in Spain, and supervised community development projects in Peru.

Katherine earned her B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and her master’s degree in European Union Studies from the Universidad de Salamanca. She speaks Spanish and English.
