ASP was founded by then Senators John Kerry, Chuck Hagel, and former Senators Gary Hart and Warren Rudman, to bring non-partisanship back to the national security dialogue. As a non-partisan think-tank, ASP covers broad issues affecting America’s long term national security. BCAS is an exclusive gathering of leading firms across industry aligned in their support of America’s national security for the 21st century. These leaders believe in a vision of American security that extends beyond bombs and bullets.
