Expertise: Climate and Energy Security policy, International Law, East and Southeast Asia
Xander Vagg is a dual Australian-American national and holds a Masters degree from the Department of Government at Georgetown University. He specializes in climate change and energy policy, international maritime and use of force law, and security issues in East and Southeast Asia.
He has previously worked for the Sumitro Chair for Southeast Asia Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and the Georgetown University Berkley Center for Religion & World Affairs.
