Expertise: National security strategy, defense policy, and strategic communications

William Chodkowsi has served as a Department of Defense (DoD) consultant since 2013, providing support across a range of program management and strategic planning functions. He has significant experience coordinating federal, interagency initiatives and liaising between DoD commands.

Mr. Chodkowski also has professional experience in the commercial healthcare industry coupled with an educational background in government and policy, specifically the national security and defense apparatus. He holds a master’s degree in public policy (specialization in international security policy) from the University of Maryland, and a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology from Bucknell University.
