Nicole Mazurova is a senior at Brandeis University, double majoring in International Global Studies and Psychology. Her interests and research include Russia and its transition, media and propaganda and intervention in Ukraine, Syria and post-Soviet states.

Last spring, Nicole studied in Paris, taking courses at the Sorbonne and National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations. On campus, Nicole is a staff writer for The Justice and a research assistant at the Schuster Institute of Investigative Journalism. She is fluent in Russian and French.
