Expertise: European Diplomacy, Russian Culture and Politics

Kiersten Harris is an undergraduate at the University of Delaware studying International Relations and Three Languages. She is learning Spanish, Russian, and Portuguese and has spent a semester abroad in Spain and a winter session abroad in Argentina.

Last summer, Kiersten participated in Middlebury College’s language immersion program where she studied Russian language and culture. Kiersten’s research interests include national security and the relationship between Russia and the post-Soviet bloc.
