Jesse Vasquez is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BA in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. Attending US Army Officer Candidate School shortly after graduation, Jesse received his commission at Ft. Benning, GA in 2009.  With the Army, Jesse has served as both a military intelligence and infantry officer deployed in support of NATO/ISAF combat operations in Southern Afghanistan. Currently, Jesse serves as a Foreign Intelligence Watch Officer for the Army’s Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2 while pursuing his Master’s from the University of Maryland’s School of Public Policy full-time.  He is a conversational Russian language speaker and a prior student of Middlebury College’s Kathryn Davis School of Russian.
