Expertise: Russian politics, Central and Eastern European history, nuclear history and security.

A Baltimore native, H.D. Scriba is now a third-year senior at the George Washington University with a double-major in Political Science and History. His studies tend to focus on the contemporary politics and history of Russia and surrounding post-Soviet states.

H.D. formerly interned at the Congressional Office of Elijah E. Cummings, both in Washington and in Baltimore. Here, he assisted with legislative research and constituent correspondence.

H.D. also holds several positions at GWU, including that of Lead Campus Assistant.

He will be interning for the Spring of 2019.
