Expertise: Nonproliferation, terrorism, Russia, and Eastern Europe

Daniel is originally from the Washington metropolitan area and earned his B.A. in Government & Politics and B.A. in History from the University of Maryland. During his undergraduate studies, Daniel also interned for Congresswoman Jo Ann Davis.

After graduating he was awarded another internship with the State Department at the U.S. Embassy in Minsk, Belarus. Daniel went on to earn a M.A. from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Nonproliferation and Terrorism studies.

While at MIIS, he worked as a graduate research assistant at the Monterey Terrorism Research and Education Program. Prior to joining ASP, Daniel has worked in the housing sector specializing in finance and grant management.
