Expertise: Climate Policy, Environmental Science, Carbon Pricing, Public Policy, International Relations, and Energy

Alicia Orr is currently a senior at the University of Colorado at Boulder pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with two minors in Chinese and Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences. At ASP, she seeks to delve into the effects of climate change on security here at home and abroad with a focus on energy infrastructure and dependence, as well as the effects on food and resources availability/security.
