Noah Skillin is a managing partner and founding member of Risk Cooperative.

Prior to forming Risk Cooperative, Mr. Skillin served as the global product manager for Clements Worldwide, a leading risk management firm and insurance brokerage. In this role, he had overall responsibility for product launch and development activities across international insurance product lines serving customers in more than 170 countries.

Mr. Skillin is an expert in product and project management delivering large-scale solutions and implementation strategies for organizations operating around the world. He recently played an instrumental role in the design and delivery of a comprehensive outsourced risk management solution for large humanitarian agencies. This body of work is published and was presented at the 2014 Fleet Forum annual conference in Budapest and identified as a best-practice in risk management.

Mr. Skillin is an experienced risk management practitioner holding the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations. Additionally, he is a dual-licensed insurance broker. A published author on the subject of risk management and mitigation, he has an in-depth understanding of international and U.S. insurance, rules and regulations, and ethical practices.

In the early stage of his career, Mr. Skillin worked in the specialized executive compensation and benefits market where he worked with high net worth individuals and executives to invest in deferred compensation plans.

Mr. Skillin is an alumnus of James Madison University, where he received a degree in business administration.
