Philip Rossetti is a data analyst at the American Action Forum, where he focuses on energPhilip Rossetti is a data analyst at the American Action Forum, where he focuses on energy and environment policy. His research has included analysis of regulations, energy subsidies, carbon pricing, and energy trade. He is also an alumnus of the Center for the National Interest’s Young Leaders Fellowship, where he wrote on the need for strategic planning that acknowledges the constraints climate change will impose on U.S. capabilities. His work has been cited in the Washington Examiner, the Washington Free Beacon, and the Daily Caller. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico, where he was a National Security Studies Scholar, and a master’s degree from the Whitehead School of Diplomacy.
