Ngoc H. Le is a current master’s candidate at Maxwell school of Public Affairs and Citizenship in Syracuse University. She is focusing on international law, conflict resolution and security issues throughout her years from undergraduate to graduate level. Before joining ASP, she worked in International Organization for Migration in Geneva, Switzerland as an intern.
