UK House of Lords Science and Technology Committee Hearing on Fusion
On Tuesday 21 July 2015, the UK’s House of Lords held a hearing on the UK’s research into fusion energy
Testifying were Dr Sharon Ellis, Deputy Director, Research Councils Unit, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills; Professor Steven Cowley, FRS, FREng, Chief Executive Officer, UK Atomic Energy Authority, Professor of Physics at Imperial College London and Head of the EURATOM / Culham Centre for Fusion Energy (CCFE) Fusion Association; and Dr David Kingham, Chief Executive Officer, Tokamak Energy.
We think that the US Congress should have a similar hearing over here as well.
