Expertise: Governance/Court Administration and Public Sector Human Resources Management

Denise is currently an independent consultant with experience in Public/Court Administration and Public Sector Human Resources management.

While earning a bachelor’s degree, Denise worked for Maricopa County Superior Court.  This work introduced her to the field of Court Administration.  Interested in court systems—both administration and operations Denise earned a Master of Science in Judicial Administration from the University of Denver College of Law.

In 2005, Denise welcomed an opportunity to work overseas—fulfilling a long-held professional goal.  She first held a position as a Court Administration Expert on the Afghanistan Rule of Law Program for Management Systems International, based in Kabul.  In 2010, Denise managed the Court Administration component on a Rule of Law Program based in Baghdad, Iraq for Civilian Police International.
