Ambassador Richard Kauzlarich is Co-Director of the Center for Energy Science and Policy in the School of Policy, Government and International Affairs at George Mason University. He also is an Adjunct Professor at George Mason teaching courses in energy security and policy communication, and Adjunct Lecturer at Georgetown University teaching a course in policy writing skills.
